Yes, its just ideas not requirements for the first versions…
For the first versions just being able to change PHP version will be great, lots of customers are likely to contact us before playing with the settings and if they do only their version of PHP will be affected and they will be able to fix it by selecting the correct options.
Maybe a "reset" button could be good too so a user could go back to the serverwide default modules (I dont think a reset for PHP version would be necessary.
I love the idea of being able to only select the bare minimum options for PHP by default and allowing users to choose their prerequisits
