  • Testing phase is wrong calculated ;)

I got same messages since today morning on the instance for cron runs: # kcarectl --info The IP 148.251.x.x was already used for trialing on 2017-05-12 Since we have today: # date Sun May 28 14:04:22 UTC 2017 only 15 of 30 days trial were still taken (I let run it to test new Debian backports integration you announced for next week) Bests Reiner

Sorry for such late response. 30-days trial license is requested by filling a form on the official site https://www.cloudlinux.com/kernelcare-free-trial5 . It involves creating a CLN-account and registering key with client software (kcrectl tool). The 15-days license may be registered by the client-side software (kcarectl) automatically for the IP-address of the system if no other licensing information is provided. If you do have a CLN-account and a key, then indeed your trial shouldve been 30 days long, please contact CloudLinux support team. If it was the automatic IP-based trial, then 15 days is the correct period (you can check your IP-based licenses at https://cln.cloudlinux.com/clweb/pub...se-lookup.html .
