Sorry for such late response. 30-days trial license is requested by filling a form on the official site https://www.cloudlinux.com/kernelcare-free-trial5 . It involves creating a CLN-account and registering key with client software (kcrectl tool). The 15-days license may be registered by the client-side software (kcarectl) automatically for the IP-address of the system if no other licensing information is provided. If you do have a CLN-account and a key, then indeed your trial shouldve been 30 days long, please contact CloudLinux support team.
