    We have CL6 installed on a Plesk 10 box. We
    e unable to pull any memory usage statistics:

    Ive been reading up, and it appears that UBC should be enabled by default starting in version 6?

        judging by this you are using straight out mod_php -- php5_module (shared)
        And memory limits will not work with mod_php or mod_ruid2
