          Indeed, somehow the CloudLinux kernel was not loaded. Were there any errors during the installation?

          The first option to try is to check the defaults per this article: https://cloudlinux.zendesk.com/hc/en.../115004534329/ . Let me know how it goes.

            [root@srv9 ~]# awk -F\' '$1=="menuentry " {print i++ " = "$2}' /etc/grub2.cfg
            [root@srv9 ~]#

            not output

                Where this server is hosted? In case of OVH you might want to use this solution: https://cloudlinux.zendesk.com/hc/en...ith-OVH-server

                Otherwise as the issue is pretty complicated please consider creating ticket for us so we can help you faster.

                  Maybe it's a problem because of that?

                      [root@srv9 ~]# awk -F\' '$1=="menuentry " {print i++ " = "$2}' /etc/grub2.cfg
                      0 = System setup

                      Why don't the rest of the options appear?

                          I worry the only way to be sure is to have us checking the issue in place. Please create a support ticket for us.

                            Did you solve the problem? I have the same problem, I bought a server from Heztner and I have the same problem when trying to install CloudLinux
