Indeed, somehow the CloudLinux kernel was not loaded. Were there any errors during the installation?

The first option to try is to check the defaults per this article: https://cloudlinux.zendesk.com/hc/en.../115004534329/ . Let me know how it goes.

Did you solve the problem? I have the same problem, I bought a server from Heztner and I have the same problem when trying to install CloudLinux
