buagent (r1soft) failed after upgrade to new kernel cloudlinux

Dear support,
after upgrading our cloudlinux server to 2.6.18-374.3.1.el5.lve0.8.44 x86_64 our buagent could not started.
root@server1 [~]# /etc/init.d/buagent start
