Problem with installing CloudLinux on cpanel

Im trying to install cloudlinux on cpanel server centos5.8 64bit but it failed.

On CL5, memory limits are disabled by default. You can enable them by doing
lvectl ubc enable --save

Everything else, but this message is fine:
Error! The module r8168 8.015.00 is not currently installed.
This module is not currently ACTIVE for kernel 2.6.18-194.11.3.el5 (x86_64).

This message -- I am not sure. Did you have a custom /build from source module for r8168?

I bought a plain centos 5 64bit server,installed cpanel on it and then trying to convert this to cloudlinux but still it is failing.

This particular message means that you are not running our kernel. Did you reboot already? if you did, what is the output of:
uname -a?
what is the content of /boot/grub/grub.conf?
