It will be better to install DirectAdmin before CloudLinux, but yes:
- install minimal
- connect over ssh
- install DirectAdmin
- convert server to CloudLinux

Hi,

There are no any minimal requirements to run CloudLinux, if your server runs CentOS - it is applicable to use CloudLinux as well.
There are few exceptions about the hardware, but mostly - all the hardware supported by RHEL/CentOS are supported as well.

So if i'm correct my instalation centOS 8 - server min - have a ssh - then by that ssh i can run CL and next install Direct Admin?

I'm asked because OVH is so expencive now and i got my own server as my own physical machine, bare metal.
