    Problem with getting letsencrypt ssl certificate in cpanel

    Hello
    We use several cpanel servers, all of which are hosted in the Linux cloud.

    It has been almost a few months since we were forced to move from cpanel version 110 which was hosted on centos7 to version 116 and cloud Linux host operating system.

    After the upgrade (clean installation), all the sites on the servers encountered the let's-encrypt problem, and no site on these servers receives the let's-encrypt ssl certificate automatically with autossl.
    We created a topic in the lets-encrypt support forum and they explained the problem from Cloud Linux.

    My question is, where are the log files and solutions to our problems stored?
    All received domain certificates are self-singin.​

    We had zero reports about such issue on the servers with CloudLinux, overall it should not be different from cPanel functionality perspective. Could you please provide a link to letsencrypt forum where it was discussed?
    What about logs - first of all you have to look into the general cPanel logs in /var/cpanel/logs/​ . Most likely the autossl directory could contain something.

    Definitely we would need some more details to investigate this issue.

        I discovered an error message on cPanel related to AutoSSL and adjusted it in the CloudLinux environment. Thank you for your support which helped me fix this problem.
