Blank Page/Connection Reset

some sites display blank page or a connection reset. after a few times a refreshed site can be normal again. about what causes it?

I use apache + nginx

Was the issue resolved? Did it have to do with timeouts in nginx?

blank page/connection reset gone when i disable nginx. i don know what it happend web server going normal right now.
