    resource usage, memory usage, entry process, resource usage not updating

    Hi,

    I have a strange issue. The "Resource usage" details in the cpanel is not updating at all. The cpu usage, entry process and memory usage is always zero. We have tried running cron job to verify the entry process and but it is not updating at all. Can someone tell what might be the cause?.

      Arun,

      Do you see anything in lvetop? If no -- check if mod_hostinglimits installed.
      Is there any activity for that user? Does data show up for other users?
      If no -- try doing:
      service lvestats stop
      service lvestats start

        Im seeing the same thing. This started after I updated:

        The history table in the sqlite db (/var/lve/lveinfo.db) is being updated, but should the entries be in UTC time? Wait, there are no entries recorded during the time I had changed the allowed mem to anything other than the default 1GB:

        mod_hostinglimits is installed:

        I deleted the LVE using "lvectl delete 501" which set things back to default and now things are working again.

        The only thing I had changed was the mem lim it, using something like "lvectl set 501 --mem=200M --save".

        Something doesn seem to working correctly.

          Kevin,

          lvectl / kernel update shouldn matter.
          Could you post output of:
          rpm -qa|grep lve
          ps aux|grep lve
          ls -l /ver/lve/*
          grep lvestat /var/log/messages

          From what I see -- lve-stats are not recording data
