Hello,
Im going to be installing this for the first time:
CentOS, CloudLinux and Plesk
- What is currently the recommended versions of CentOS, CloudLinux and Plesk that work best together?
- Should CentOS be 32-bit or 64-bit?
- Drives : This will on a virtual machine so I have some flexibility, Is it better to have one drive on the machine or to have two drives? If two drives what do you put on the 2nd drive ( /home ? )
- is a large /home partition needed? Im not familiar with Plesk on linux and not sure where it installs the web sites and databases.
- Lastly, is there any guide you can refer me to or does anyone have any advice or rough notes about the procedure?
Thank you in advance

Recommended versions: CloudLinux 6 + Latest stable version of Plesk.
Use 64bit version of CentOS to start
I cannot advise on drives & size of /home. Probably just go with one big partition -- as it will be easier to manage.
There are a lot of info on docs.cloudlinux.com, but overall the process is to install CL, then install Plesk (you can do CentOS -> Plesk -> CL as well).

Thank you, I got everything installed.
My only question now is what procedure should be used to regularly update the server. Should this still be done via yum (yum upgrade), or is there some functionality through Cloudlinux to update?
This pertains to security patches/updates for CentOS as well as CloudLinux, and also keeping in mind this server has Plesk installed too.
Thank you
