The idea is to block site from executing anything for some time.
You would use lveresume/lvesuspend with LVE id to do that.
Yet, we are not sure about all the side effects that it might cause. Like, what does it mean that we "freeze" apache, or mod_fcgid process.

I was curious to know about lvesuspend, lveresume etc utilities that how and when would it be useful. (And other utils if there are any). Didnt find any info in KB and other docs. Also no man page also.
