after upgrading centos to cloudlinux cpbackup cron stopped working

after upgrading centos to cloudlinux (Trial for 30 days) cpbackup cron have been stopped working, cpbackup is not taking place..

it was forking fine before cloudlinux

I have tried #/scripts/cpbackup --force & it is working

pls assist me what to do
