I have ran into a bit of a problem with yum upd ate

yum update

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

--skip-broken and rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest doesnt work Im afraid.

Something is wrong with your yum configuration - yum is unable to see i686 packages from channel cloudlinux-x86_64-server-6. Im sure they are in channel:

yum install glibc-devel.i686
