i360 WAF blocks IPs with "zeroOuterDimensions" reason

Out of the sudden some clients are being challenged and blocked. In the i360 WAF log I can see this message:

Dec 16 12:49:26.399331 INFO: [URL="http://170.238.205.247/"]170.238.205.247[/URL]: challenge validation failure: following bot activities detected: zeroOuterDimensions

What is zeroOuterDimensions? seems to be the common reason all these IPs are being blocked.
