data01.installatron.com and data.installatron.com IPs have been greylisted on multiple occasions. They shouldnt be.
When installatron stops working I have to manually add these IPs. Very annoying.
I do this, but the IPs for these URLs change and get greylisted again. Forcing me to manually whitelist them. Isnt there a way to WhiteList a URL so if the IP changes its also trusted? Better yet couldnt I360 learn that whatever Installatron is doing is OK so the greylist doesnt happen in the first place.
Im afraid not, as Imunify360 performs blocking on OSI level 3, i.e. IP-based. However, you can spot the WAF/ossec rule that triggers Installatron blocking and disable it. Please, contact our support at https://cloudlinux.zendesk.com (Imunify360 department) if you need help with that.
