Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, there is no way to block these emails and prevent them from reaching the server. But if this "emotet" is not detected you can submit to us as a fall negative here https://docs.imunify360.com/command_...false-negative
and we will create a signature for it to be detected.

Hi! Is there any way that Imunify360 could block incoming trojan emails? Many customers are receiving the "emotet" trojan. Im using Imunify360 + ClamAV + CLOUDLINUX 7.6 on WHM/Cpanel v90.0.8.
