% CPU Shown in Manager

Maybe I missed something. The charts inside CloudLinux LVE Manager all show 100% as the CPU limit for all accounts no matter what % the account has been limited to. I do remember the limit being shown as a direct reflection of the CPU setting for the account.

The CPU is normalized to 100%. We changed it as too many end users complained.
