      LVE Scheduler Feature Request

      I have several customers who run Moodle and only during certain times of the year. Would it make sense to add a feature whereby we could increase LVE resources during a scheduled window (days/time) so that were not calendaring this?

      Seems customers have some annual peaks for shopping, etc. and need a bit more resources during those times.

      This could also help in the inverse where we can set a global time to reduce resources for instance when starting all accounts backups.
