  • LVEManager Enduser Ressouce Usage error-message

    Hi,

with the latest LVEManager I am getting the following error message in the enduser view of Plesk (both Onyx and Obsidian affected - running CentOS7):

The received data is wrong. Contact support for resolution. ERROR : (lvestats) Config /etc/sysconfig/lvestats2 not loadable: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: /etc/sysconfig/lvestats2 ERROR : (lvestats) Unable to parse config /etc/sysconfig/lvestats2 ([Errno 2] No such file or directory: /etc/sysconfig/lvestats2) Sentry is attempting to send 2 pending error messages Waiting up to 10 seconds Press Ctrl-C to quit

    Any idea?

    Best regards

Hello! Apparently, something happened with the lve-stats package. Try reinstalling yum reinstall lve-stats. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks in advance!

Can you open a support ticket https://cloudlinux.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new so we can take a closer look at your system? You can post the ticket number here and well link this thread to it.
        Thank you.

              Hi Sergey,

ID is 73986 - I did also submit access to the system and ticket was supposed to go to 3rd level support (this does not show in the request history though).

              Thanks

                  I had the same problem.
                  re-installing lve-stats didnt help

Disabled and re-enabled the user interface in LVE Manager fixed the problem.
WHM > Lve Manager > Options > User interface settings > Hide LVE end user usage statistic
