You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --dupes
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
The program package-cleanup is found in the yum-utils package.
mod_hostinglimits apache module is installed via cpanel-lve on cPanel servers.
This is due to cPanel using custom compiled Apache, so we need to sheep mod_hostinglimits module differently for cPanel, then for control panels that use apache from RPM.
All you need to do is to run:
# yum install cpanel-lve
