Higher cpu load after updating to lve0.8.44

I have been using cloudlinux over 4 months now everything was ok. On one server with centos5.x fcgi + ngxinx as proxy after the update on kernel 0.8.44 the stability of the server increased significantly but also the average load was increased, i initially thought this was a feature.

Several days later on an other server 8core, 24gbram, fcgi+ nginx, centos 5.x again the after the update to kernel 0.8.44 the average cpu load was increased by 100%. Does the calculation of average load changed on last kernel?
I am not refering to LA algorithm since didn enable that option.

Yes, the calculations of load averages were changed in 0.8.44
There few bugs that were fixed, plus full_loadaverage system flag wasn working properly before that version at all.
