You should replace it with vmlinuz one
but you also need to add initrd line

kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.32-320.4.1.lve1.1.4.el6.i686 ro root=/dev/sda1
initrd /boot/initramfs-2.6.32-320.4.1.lve1.1.4.el6.i686.img
