High Load on New kernel CloudLinux 5: 2.6.18-408.el5.lve1.1.65.1

I have problem with new kernel 2.6.18-408.el5.lve1.1.65.1
before upgrade the load not to high but when using this new kernel the load spikes high
I implemented on 2 different server and location and have same problem

anyone have same problem?
