  • Using hybrid kernel - cant see io stats in cpanel lve plugin

    Hello,
We just switched one of our servers to use the Hybrid Kernel for version 5.x.

I do not see any IO statistics in the "Statistics" tab of the "Main >> Server Configuration >> CloudLinux LVE Manager" page.

Can anyone let me know if this is a bug or if we did something wrong?

I see an I/O column when running lvetop, and it is populated, so Im pretty sure the kernel was installed and working correctly.

Maybe the lve manager for cpanel needs to be updated? Where can I find (on the cloudlinux.com website):

    1. a list of current production/released versions for the various components of cloudlinux
    2. how to check the installed server versions
    3. how to update them?

    Thanks.

Are you running latest lvemanager? Try running:
what is the output of rpm -qa|grep lvemanager

Ok the last thing I need is a screenshot, as everything else looks good.

              Hello,
Very odd... the io column is now correctly being populated. Its possible the daily "upcp" fixed something?
The only problem now is that the "IO(KB/s)" column in the "Settings" tab shows a few odd lines. I have put a screenshot here:

I tried clicking the "reset" link for each of them, but it does not fix the problem.
              Any ideas?

Please, submit a ticket at helpdesk.cloudlinux.com with server access info -- this is not something we have every seen.
