Converting to CloudLinux 5 Hybrid

Hello, what is the best practice to upgrade my CloudLinux 5 to the Hybrid kernel?

Is anything else needed to do except that is mentioned in http://docs.cloudlinux.com/hybrid_kernel.html? I don see any I/O stats.

I have recompiled via Easyapache.

You don need to recompile apache when you switch to hybrid kernel. Once you switch -- IO limits become available - and you would control them same way as all other limits, either through LVE Manager plugin, or using lvectl

Ok, but I dont see the same LVE manager on my Hybrid 5 box as on my CL6 box. They look different and there is no I/O info there. Is it normal?

Im also having I/O problems it seems. After few minutes cPanel has been doing backup the server suddenly goes into high loads (45+) and becomes unresponsive.

Here is a screenshot I took from the monitor. The raidcard is 3ware 9650SE-4LPML.
