cpanel - centos 6.4 new install fails

i am trying to install the trial on a new server with cpanel/whm installed, and i am getting this:

You have third-party kernel module rpm installed.
Its not compatible with CloudLinux kernel.

Could you post output of rpm -qa|grep kmod

Hi guys,

This issue has been solved. I had a kernel module loaded for the raid controller - the megaraid cli which was interfering with the installation.

Hi Guys,

I m trying to install CPanel on Centos 6.4 64bit virtual machine and stuck at the point where it ask for system restart and the system does not boot rather stuck on the boot messages window with below description.

Starting mailman services:
Configuring inotify for fast mail service:

Kindly suggest where to go from here.
