  • New kernel is available for testing 2.6.18-294.3.1.el5.lve0.6.22

We have new kernel available in our test repository
    You can install it via:

    yum --enablerepo=cloudlinux-updates-testing update kernel
(test servers only, plz, don deploy it into production)

The kernel has fix for high load averages reporting, as well as number of other fixes from RH & OpenVZ kernels.

Any feedback will be appreciated. I hope to have it released to the public tomorrow, unless some issues are found.

Will this kernel work inside a Virtuzzo container?

No Virtuozzo requires its own kernel.
We are working with Parallels for them to accept our kernel patches, so that LVE & CloudLinux would be available within Virtuozzo, but that will take more time.
