Enable end user php version selection

Hello, I noticed this setting under CageFS.
"Enable end user php version selection"
Is this to enable ALL users, regardless if they are caged or not to be able to choose PHP versions, or just caged ones or non-caged ones?

Only users in CageFS can use PHP Selector.

This option is obsolete. We will remove it from CageFS plugin in the next release of CageFS.

Please, use options in "Selector" tab of LVEManager instead.
