Issue with 3rd party theme

When the user logs in they see the 3rd party theme, when they click on the resource monitor icon, they get directed to another generic cpanel theme. It seems that the resource monitor is not being recognized by the theme and in most cases a reinstall fixes this.

I wonder how I cab reinstall that specific part without hurting anything else?
