IP Issues & httpd Errors

Im having trouble repairing a cPanel server, it has been acting up with issues like zamfoo not working, sites that used to work are displaying: Bad Request (Invalid Hostname) But the hostname is the same, however, when I tried pinging eth0 all packets timed out, but when I pinged eth0:0, eth0:1. Both of those worked, Im assuming that this is some sort of IP issue, but I also noticed httpd having some user errors which I was able to fix by commenting out their virtualhost. Any help would be appreciated.

Added Information:
When running a traceroute the eth0:0 works, however when running traceroute to eth0s ip it fails. Any ideas on what I have to do to fix this?
