Migrated to CloudLinux 6.4 and having problems

Just migrated to CloudLinux Server release 6.4 from CloudLinux Server release 5.9
Using cPanel 11.38, Apache 2.2.24, PHP 5.3.22
A customer runs a Drupal website in CageFS and using wkhtmltopdf-amd64 placed in one of the public_html folders, which is called from the PHP scrips. On CloudLinux 5.9 there were no problems. But after migration to CloudLinux 6.4 (with exactly the same PHP code and configuration) , the customer is having problems with the wkhtmltopdf. When executed, the following error appears:

Everything works fine when turning off CageFS. With CageFS torned on, the error re-appears.
Ideas anyone?
