    Looking for further documentation

  • #2
Hello Im looking for some further documentation... something like a best practice whitepaper.

    My server details are a 4CPU (2.53GHZ) 8GB ram.

So looking for some suggested parameters and what works best.

Since installing, Ive noticed a general slow down for sites on the server. Most of my sites are CMS based (Joomla).
Ive been running this server now for a long time and very comfortable with its performance. and I havent started moving any big sites to it.

One other thing is that the PHP selector doesnt allow me to choose any other option other than what I have previously installed.

    Thanks for your help.

Norm i don think that you will find a "best practice whitepaper" to configure your webserver.

Every server has his clients and his hardware resources, depends alot of how many accounts do you want to put there or how many you have now.

      In my opinion:

      - CludLinux with "High End Hosting Account" configurantion (http://docs.cloudlinux.com/limits.html)
      - nginxcp
      - FastCGI
      - memcached
      - Apache mpm_event
