Im following the short guide on ptrace Block, when I run the command $ sysctl -p "command not found"

Is there a modified command for this?

the location of sysctl on your system may not be within your path environment. On CentOS sysctl is here:
/sbin/sysctl
so you can try executing:
/sbin/sysctl -p

or locate it on your box and invoke it using its full path as shown above.
