Flood of 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable Errors

I installed to and all I get is :
Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Additionally, a 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an Error Document to handle the request.
Look all over and sent a ticket in. Followed all instructions
All was runing fine.
