Best way to upgrade MySQL

Hi!

Im running Cloudlinux on a Cpanel server, using MySQL governor. Which is the best way to upgrade MySQL? Im runing 5.1.xxx and I want to upgrade to 5.5.xxx

Should I uninstall the governor, update MySQL from Cpanel, and then reinstall the governor? Or should I use the instructions on http://docs.cloudlinux.com/index.htm...l_version.html? Which is the easyest?

The best way is to use governor and instructions from link you provided. Just be sure you have recent mysql backups http://docs.cloudlinux.com/index.htm..._up_mysql.html
