Which Easy Apache v3.32.6 Profile to use

I have just installed CloudLinux 7.1 and see that Easy Apache has a saved default profile. In addition, there is a profile labeled cPanel + CloudLinux Profiles
which is not selected. Would it be advisable to rebuild Apache with the CloudLinux profile?
