How to edit server-wide error messages for all accounts?

Edit the "Resource Limit Is Reached" message and others...

How can I edit through cPanel or CloudLinux the error messages users see? I want to do this server-wide, so all user accounts have the same error messages.

For example, this message needs to be changed for my server:

> Resource Limit Is Reached
> The website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later.

That is a 508 apache code resulting page, it is handled by cPenels apache. Suppose you will have to do the same like explained here (just edit it for 508 code): https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/cp...counts.208702/
