enable user quota

hi,

i have strange situation
i enable user quota but if i run \scripts\fixquotas the screen report :

" quota will not be enable on /home to prevent performance degradation "

how tio fix this problem thanks a lot

That should be addressed to cPanel techs. I tried searching cpanel forums but did not got why it is doing so or what is the solution.
