Yes, most probably email goes from LFD (a part of CSF scripts). However looking onto script name public_html/naukri/parse/index.php I suppose that is some parsing software which needs more time to finish its job. Most probably you should do nothing here, but you can contact customer and ask what is that.
From what I see you may exclude this process with /etc/csf/csf.pignorefile adding something like:
Then restart lfd with /etc/init.d/lfd restart
