CPU too busy after enabling OptimumCache

Hi Guys,

Looking for some advise. i just activate OptimumCache inside our cloudlinux servers. one of the server shows that the CPU is too busy, there is no idle CPU. however, we can see the load is normal. less then 0. is this normal? when i run "al -t" i still can see there is process currently running, i believe sort of indexing process. looking for some opinion from you guys.

If there is no idle CPU then definitely load average should be greater then 0. Yes, most probably it was mark process. If the issue is still there could you please share a op command header?
