Discount for licenses

Hello all,

If I buy CloudLinux licenses directly from https://cln.cloudlinux.com/, there are some price discount, based on the number of licenses.

If I buy CloudLinux licenses from https://store.cpanel.net/, there are no discount.

Is discount only generated when buying directly from https://cln.cloudlinux.com/? Usually its the same product but maybe store.cpanel.net are reseller and do not offer discount?

Can somebody explain it?

cPanel is our reseller and do sell same product licenses with prices they want. The product is same.
