OVH Dedicated which OVH Template? Hostname transfer?

I have purchased a dedicated server on OVH and I want to install Cloudlinux 7 and cPanel/WHM.

Questions:

1) Which template of OVH should I use? Cloudlinux 7 and then manually install cPanel/Whm? Or Centos 7 with cPanel template and then manually convert to Cloudlinux 7? Unfortunately there is not template for cloudlinux 7 with cPanel/WHM

2) I already have a dedicated server on another company and I would like to use the same hostname by moving everything to the new server. Im worried about any possible downtimes and at which point should i change the nameservers to point to the new IPs. Are there any guides for this in cloudlinux?

1) use Centos 7 with cPanel template and then convert to Cloudlinux OS as described in https://docs.cloudlinux.com/converti...g_servers.html

2) the same as for CentOS - no sooner than you have everything set up on the new system.
