Recommended EC2 Instance size/type?

I am testing out the Cloudlinux/Plesk AWS Marketplace product and wanted to know, based on experiences, what is the best size instance to use?

I have used the Plesk AWS product and have not been too impressed, hoping the Cloudlinux version will be better.

Anyone running their hosting company with this setup?
