NO STATISTICS FOUND FOR SELECTED PERIOD

The Statistics tab started showing "NO STATISTICS FOUND FOR SELECTED PERIOD" for the smaller periods and now has degraded to only showing when selecting 7 days or 30
Also at times under the user panel resource usage only shows faults and not usage.
