Ive tried password reset but can login. Also not sure about my username. I just get "Invalid credentials or locked". Helpdesk also not answering. Frustrating. Anyone here have a solution?

Weve replied you on this question in your ticket ID ZEL-173-52799, you should have the mail in mailbox. If you still cant access to CLN/HelpDesk, please reply us in that email.
