I am having major issues with IMMUNIFY360

I am having major issues with IMMUNIFY360 .. ad of 8 hours ago, suddenly immunify360 begins taking up all the resources on the server. I have had to kill it services repeatedly. but each time it came back up and then again, I see the following message in the list:

call_made
(1 time)
IM360 WAF: System Command Injection

and all goes to hell again.

I have not gotten any real help from cloud linux other than to shut down clamav. HELP?
