How to assign RAM and CPU to resellers and users

Hello.
I have Cloudlinux+Directadmin.
Please help.
For example my server has (64GB RAM) +( 8 Thread on 4 Core).

I have 4 reseller.

if i assign 16 RAM + 1 Core to each reseller can a resller has 16 user that each user has 2GB RAM?

Also, can i directly assign XGB RAM to users of a reseller without assigning any RAM and CPU to that reseller?

Yes, he can set that, he can also set a bigger limit for his resellers. But Reseller limit can be hit when all resellers’ end users in total use as much resources as reseller limit.

Yes, you can do that, you can simply not enable Reseller limtis for that reseller and manage the limits on your own.
